THE AIR FORCE PROPOSES TO AMEND VR-1225 BY EXPANDING THE OPERATING HOURS, MOVING PORTIONS OF ROUTE SOUTH OF ITS PRE- SENT ROUTE POSITION, AND PROVIDING ALTERNATE EXIT POINTS FOR LANTIRN F-15 AND F-16 AIRCRAFT TO ENTER INTO RESTRICTED AREA R-4806. TOTAL USE WOULD BE 28 SORTIES WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD APPROX. 260 DAYS PER YEAR AVOIDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
