THE PROJECT IS COMPRISED OF THREE OFFICE BUILDINGS RANGING IN HEIGHT FROM 4 TO 6 STORIES, TWO FREESTANDING RESTAURANTS, A FOUR-LEVEL PARKING STRUCTURE AND INCIDENTAL RETAIL COMMERCIAL ARES. THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PROJECT IS APPROXIMATELY 370,000 SQUARE FEET.
