Document Description
The proposed project is the adoption and implementation of a Master Plan for the Orange County Fair and Exposition Center. Implementation of the Master Plan will involve removing and replacing existing structures, constructing additional parking areas, and establishing coherent and thematic landscape, sign, and lighting plans for the Fairgrounds. In general, the project will result in a core of facilities surrounded by a parking area.
