Document Description
The proposed action would provide Federal funding to the Irvine Ranch Water District to clean up brackish groundwater within the Irvine subbasin of the Orange County Groundwater Basin. The project would install groundwater wells, 7.7 miles of potable water pipelines, a 4.7 mile brine line, a pump station, and a 8.2 million gallon per day potable treatment plant.
