Document Description
The proposed project includes a general plan amendment for ten acres of 4.3 light industrial use to 1.5 Medium High Density residential to allow the development of 86 residential units. The project also includes a request to designate Parcel 9 (Village Residential) as a potential future public school site for future development of an elementary school and joint park use. The project will also amend the Conceptual Development Plan (CDP) to allow the proposed land use changes. The project also includes the approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 15609 reflecting the proposed uses.
