Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-171) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Richland Pinehurst, LP. The applicant proposes to construct 253 single-family residential lots, 1 park site, 1 detention basin, and 1 open space lot located on an approximate 90 acre site. The project includes the construction of Algarve Avenue from Winchester Road to provide access to the tract and the widening of Winchester Road as required under County recommended project conditions. The existing storm drain facility, which involves an unnamed drainage that flows under Winchester Road, through an existing storm drain channel, and into the southeastern portion of the site, is comprised of an 80-foot long, triple 10-foot by 9-foot box culvert. The project proposes to extend the culvert approximately 140 feet to allow the road improvements.
