EXPANSION OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY 200,000 GALL- ONS PER DAY FROM 7.5 MGD TO 7.7 MGD. THE EXPANSION IS NECESS ARY TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW DEVELOP TRPA REGIONAL PLAN TO THE YEAR 1991. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO REMOVE HYDRAULIC BOTTLENECKS AND IMPROVE ODOR CONTROL. PROVISION FOR ODOR CONTROL.
