HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT WOULD BE LOCATED ON GRISWOLD CREEK NEAR AVERY, TUOLUMNE COUNTY. THE PROPOSED PROJECT WOULD BE A RUN OF THE RIVER TYPE PROJECT WI THE MIDDLE FORK OF THE STANISLAUS RIVER. CONSTRUCTION WOULD BE STAGED WITH AN INITIAL INSTALLATION OF 11 MW FOLLOWED BY 11 MW UNIT AT SOME FUTURE TIME.
