Tentative Tract Maps for Santiago Hills II Planned Community and East Orange Planned Community Area 1. Density increase to facilitate a City-sponsored affordable housing project for Santiago Hills II Planned Community. Amend Orange County Transportation Authority's Master Plan of Arterial Highways.
