Document Description
Based on changes in land use in the surrounding region and dedications of open space in recent years, the Irvine Company has submitted an application for tentative tract maps, land use designations and a circulation plan that will amend the 2000 approval of Santiago Hills II and the remaining area of the 1989 East Orange General Plan, now called Areas 1, 2, and 3.
