Proposed amendments to the Downtown Specific Plan, General Plan, Zoning Code, and Redevelopment Plan could result in approximately 1,670 new housing units, 116,640 additional square feet of retail / restaurant / entertainment space, 942,640 additional square feet of office space, and 12,240 additional square feet of public facility (civic center) floor space.
