THE IN-CHANNEL MINING WILL BE ANALYZED FROM THE PER- SPECTIVE OF THE FLOODWAY PLAN PREV OF SUPERVISORS AS THE ALTERNATIVE TO BE EXAMINED W/IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PROCESS. "PROJECT" INCLUDES IDENTIFICAT ION & ANALYSIS OF VARIOUS OFF-CHAN PROJECT IS A GRAVEL PROCESSING PLANT OF 750,000 TONS PER YEAR CAPACITY TO BE LOCATED APPROX. .8 MILES NE OF CAPAY IN WESTERN YOLO COUNTY. IT WILL GENERATE APPROX. 130 ROUND TRIPS PER DAY OF GRAVEL TRANSPORT TRUCK TRAFFIC, ON A 5 DAY PER WEEK BASIS, FOR APPROX. 9 MOS. EA. YEAR.
