The site is currently vacant, except for an elementary school that has recently been constructed. General Plan and Zoning designations for the site includes 15 acres of Public lands designated for a park, 10 acres of Public buildings designated for an elementary school, 12 acres of RM-3 high density residential designation and 37 acres of RM-2 medium density residential designation.
Document Description
The proposed project consists of development of 394 residential units with a mix of small lot single family development and multi-family housing types. The application is a Planned Unit development and Vesting Tentative Map to accommodate 181 small lot single family units, 80 townhomes and 133 apartments, on 50 acres of the site including roads and drainage facilities. The map also includes a 14.5 acre active recreation park in the center of the site adjacent to the existing elementary school.
