EXTENSION PROJECT IS INCLUDED AS A PROPOSED TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL GENERAL PLAN 2000, WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF 1988.
