CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0140-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Don Clurman.
The current project is limited to the construction of a 151 unit residential development and associated infrastructure, including roads, landscaped slopes, detention/water quality basins, and open space lots within the 49.2-acre site. Project activities include the fill of streams associated with the construction of housing pads, manufactured slopes, and infrastructure such as roads, stormwater outlets, and water quality/detention basins.
