The proposed project would involve the construction of a two-story K-5 elementary school consisting of 39 classrooms (four of which would be Kindergarten classrooms), a library, administration offices, multipurpose rooms/areas, food services facilities, and parking for 87 cars for a total of 72,300 square feet of educational facilities. The proposed design for the elementary school would include five main structures: a two-story classroom building with underground parking, a one-story administration/library building, a one-story Kindergarten building, a one-story multi-purpose building and a one-story food services building. The proposed project would also include an outdoor lunch area, playground, a restroom building near the playground, and a parking area. In addition to the school facilities, the design of the approximately 4.47-acre site includes landscaped areas. Landscaping would consist of trees, shrubs, and groundcover.
