SAA #6-2002-173 Alter the stream channel to construct the Rancho Etiwanda Estates project. The project includes the construction of 632 single-family residential units and associated roadways on the 252-acre property. The site includes 1.61 acres of stream channel (unnamed drainage, tributary to east Etiwanda Creek) that supports various plant communitites including Riversidean alluvial fan sage scrub, coastal sage scrub, and riparian habitat and associated wildlife.
