IMPLEMENT THE REALIGNMENT AND CHANNELIZATION OF LOMA ALTA CREEK WITHIN THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE. PROJECT AS PROPOSED WOULD INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO 70-FT. CLEAR SPAN BRIDGES, 8 FT. HIGH, AT PACIFIC STREET AND HILL STREET. NO CHANGES IN THE CREEK CHANNEL WOULD BE MADE IN THE PART OF THE CREEK NEAREST THE COAST; HOWEVER, ADDITIONAL CHANNEL DEFINITION AND BEACH PROTECTION WOULD BE NECESSARY.
