EX- ISITNG BRIDGE WHICH PRESENTLY CONS RECONFIGURED TO PROVIDE THE ADDITIONAL LANES, A BIKE TRAIL, AND SIDEWALK. PROJECT WOULD BE CONSTRUCTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE NORTH OF THE EXISITNG BRIDGE.
