5/3/99 NOP: Condition R-1 of Chevron's Final Development Plan requires a public review of the project once oil or gas processing throughput at the onshore facility falls below minimum volumes to determine if abandonment or other options are appropriate for the facility. The project consists of three drilling and production platforms, a 60 acre processing facility, one oil pipeline and one gas pipeline, one consolidated pipeline and numerous onshore support facilities, an ocean outfall line, and desalination and cogeneration facilities.
