- The 71-acre Silva Valley Parkway Interchange Project consists of construction of a new interchange along Highway 50 between El Dorado Hills Boulevard and Latrobe Road Interchange and the Bass Lake Road Interchange, near the existing Clarksville Road undercrossing. The purpose of the project is to accommodate planned growth to accommodate commercial and residential development within the immediate areas surrounding the proposed interchange. A Supplemental Environmental Impact Report was approved in 2011.
