Document Description
The proposed project will construct a new interchange on U.S. Highway 50 at Silva Valley Parkway in El Dorado Hills. Proposed improvements include: loop on-ramps in the northeast and southwest quadrants; diagonal on- and off-ramps in each direction; an over crossing for Silva Valley Parkway; safety lighting; and on-ramps designed to accommodate future ramp metering, and HOV lanes. See environmental document for more detailed project description. The Noise of the SEIR section is being recirculated to clarify to the public that nighttime construction will occur when necessary to avoid traffic and operational safety along the U.S. 50 corridor and along Silva Valley Parkway.
