Document Description
This Addendum to the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report modifies Mitigation Measure 810-12 to update the available oak tree mitigation measures due to new programs created after the adoption of the SEIR in 2011. The Silva Valley Parkway Interchange Project consists of construction of a new interchange along Highway 50 near the existing Clarksville Road undercrossing to accommodate planned commercial and residential growth within the immediate areas surrounding the interchange.
