CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0183-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, K. Hovnanian Companies, Inc. Project is limited to the construction of an approx. 60-foot by 110-foot span bridge over Potrero Creek that will connect the intersection of Four Seasons Circle and Green Creek Trail with the intersection of Four Seasons Circle and Crooked Creek within the Four Seasons housing development. The bridge will rest on gabions on each side of the bridge.
