The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#R3-2001-0235) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Al Balogh/Shapell Industries. The applicant proposes to install four separate clear span arch culverts over two small ephemeral drainages and Farman Canyon Creek near Gilroy in Santa Clara County. The project also includes the installation of a storm drain outfall to Farman Canyon Creek.
