Resort elements are to be relocated in other areas of the plan, a golf element is added to allow the finishing hole of the course to be placed adjacent to the resort, and replacing a commercial portion of the resort with an 54-unit apartment complex. The replacement use represents the second phase of a 172-unit complex that already includes an approved 88-unit first phase (MUP01-003); Zoning changes from S88 (Specific Plan) to RU22 (Urban Residential) are proposed to allow the residential construction of the second phase of the LakeView Apartment Complex.
