Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0187-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Scott Hansen of K.B. Home Coastal, Inc. For Tentative Tract Map 32262, the Phase 6 of the May Ranch Project, the Operator is proposing to grade and develop approximately 102 acres into a residential development of 337 lots and supporting infrastructure, including 3 storm drain outlets for TTM 31416. The project will widen the Perris Valley Storm Drain Channel. The project will permanently impact 4.04 acres of jurisdictional habitat.
