A Proposed 64 unit apartment building. Thirteen of the proposed units would be reserved for very low-low income residents, while the remainder would be leased at market rate. All 64 units are age restricted to seniors. The proposed building is 2 stories above a partially sub-terranean parking structure. Grading consists of 25,302 cubic yards of cut, 14,044 cubic yards of fill, and 11,258 cubic yards of export.
