Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a two-story, seventy-three unit senoir housing project on a 19.63-acre site. The housing is proposed to be a mix of one-and two-bedroom units, and will be affordable (i.e., leased at a price corresponding to Very Low and Low rental rates). In addition to the senoirs' apartments, a 5,000-square-foot senoir center is proposed. One hundred and ten parking spaces are proposed to satisfy parking demand generated by both the senoirs' apartments and the senoir center. Seventy-five spaces will be located in a subterranean garage, and thirty-five spaces will be located at grade level.
