Document Description
The LAUSD proposes to construct a 2-story, 12 classroom, 15,600 square foot building, 8,000 square feet of new playground area, and a new school parking lot including approximately 60 parking stalls to serve grades 1 through 5. Proposed improvements would be constructed on an approximately 1.0-acre vacant lot located adjacent to the school, and on a small portion of the existing school campus.
