Revisions to Ventura County Housing Element to comply with State Housing Element Law (Gov. Code S 65583). These revisions include amending the Ventura County General Plan Land Use Appendix, Hazards Appendix, Resources Appendix, Goals, Policies and Programs, Piru Area Plan, and El Rio Area Plan, Non-Coastal Zoning Ordinance, Coastal Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance. Also, Zoning Clearance processing fees are recommended to be adopted for Residential High Density and Emergency Shelter projects.
