Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #5-293-99) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, KB Home Coastal, Inc. represented by Kurt Bausback. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within Agua Hedionda Creek to accommodate the construction of the Las Posas Road extension which will include the placement of fill, rip-rap, two concrete energy dissipaters, 450 linear feet of storm drain, and 530 feet of sewer pipe impacting 0.60 acre of streambed.
