SAA #R2-2002-250 The purpose of this project is to increase channel flow capacity. Project activities pertain only to: 1. Widening Laguna South Channel and creating a low-flow channel from Elk Grove Blvd. to just south west of Franklin Blvd.; 2. relocate the existing bridge crossing over teh Laguna South Channel; 3. widen Franklin Blvd. bridge over the channel; and 4. extend the end point of the existing channel to approximately 300 feet west of the UPRR tracks.
