Document Description
The Foothill Pedestrian Safety Bridge would provide equal access to residents with mobility impairments, reduce safety hazards along Hearst Avenue, and integrate housing complexes on either side of Hearst Avenue above Gayley Road. The bridge would be 8 feet wide, approximately 81 feet in length, and 11 feet high, with a bottom clearance at 21 feet above Hearst Avenue grade, and designed to maximize visual transparency as requested by neighbors.
