Document Description
This project is a request for a administrative permit for an open space encroachment that would retroactively allow some minor, temporary impact to an open space easement from blasting associated with an approved grading plan. The encroachment was caused by rock debris that broke through the permanent silt fencing and temporary fencing delineating the boundary of the open space easement.
