CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #5-273-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, James Resney, representing Hidden Meadows, LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within unnamed drainages, tributaries to Reidy Canyon Creek and Moosa Creek, to accommodate the construction of the Hidden Meadows Oak Woodland and Island Residential Development Project with associated infrastructure and open space. The project impacts 0.24 acre of streambed.
