The revised Spanos Park West Project will require various discretionary approvals, including: General Plan Amendments, Rezonings, Specific Plan Amendment for Eight Mile Road, Master Development Plan, and Development Agreements (GPA3-00, GPA8-00, Z-4-00, Z-10-00, SPA1-00, MDP1-00, DA3-01).
