The City of Stockton is preparing a Draft Supplemental EIR (SEIR3-87) / Initial Study (IS13-00) for the redesign, development, and operation of the previously approved A.G. Spanos Park West Project including a mixed use business campus and residential village community located south of Eight Mile Road and west of Interstate 5 (I-5) Freeway. The revised Spanos Park West Project will require various discretionary approvals including: General Plan Amendments, Rezonings, Specific Plan Amendment for Eight Mile Road, Master Development Plan, Development Agreements, new Tentative Subdivision Maps, Use Permits, Site Plan Approvals, etc. (City File Nos: GPA3-00, GPA8-00, Z-4-00, Z10-00, SPA1-00, MDP1-00, DA1-00 and DA3-01. TM11-00, and TM12-00 and TM9-01.)
