THIS PROGRAM EIR EVALUATES SIX DEVELOPMENT ALTERNATIVES AT DRY LAND, THE STUDY AREA INCLUDES TIDELANDS. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED ON THE EASTERN SHORE OF THE S.F. BAY. THE PROPOSAL CONSISTS OF A LARGE SCALE, PHASED , MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT. THIS PROGRAM EIR EVALUATES SIX DEVELOPMENT ALTERNATIVES AT THE 160 ACRE SITE KNOWN AS THE ALBANY WATERFRONT. THE REPORT ASSESSES THE SIGNIFICANT, ADVERSE IMPACTS OF THESE SIX ALTERNATIVES IN EQUAL WEIGHT. THE PROGRAMS RANGE IN SIZE FROM 325,000 SF TO 4.2 MILLION SF.
