Document Description
Construct and operate an elementary school to accommodate 650 students in grades K through 5 on an approximately 10-acre site. The proposed project will inlcude 24 standard classrooms, 3 kindergarten classrooms, administrative offices and a library/media center, a multi-use facility and kitchen, and an outdoor eating area. The seven buildings will vary in size from approximately 4,400 to 8,800 square feet. Recreational facilities will include two play systems with safety surface, a baseball field, a softball field, a soccer (turf play) field, and ball-wall courts. On-site paking will be provided for 108 vehicles. Separate auto drop-off areas will be provided for the elementary and kindegarten students, and a bus drop-off will be located on the east side of Avalon Parkway (Main Street).
