Document Description
The 0.267-acre Project is part of the Village A phase of development in the southern portion of the Serrano Residential Development. The activity will include grading and excavation of approximately 0.267 acre within nonnative annual grassland, riparian woodland, and developed areas to allow for installation of a new sewer line from the centerline of Silva Valley Parkway south and west across Clarksville Crossing, then connect to an existing 21-inch sanitary sewer line in the southwestern extent of the Project area.
