CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0021-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Serrano Associates, LLC. The project is limited to the removal of ten Lombardy poplar trees, limbing of five additional trees and placement of a protective wire mesh fencing around seventeen trees, including the five trees slated for significant limbing. The purpose of this project is to remove trees that have been killed or irreparably damaged by the actions of North American Beavers present along this section of the stream and to try to protect the remaining trees from any further damage.
