CONSTRUCTION OF 3 ADDITIONAL EFFLUENT RESERVOIRS ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING 17 MILLION GALLON RESERVOIR. THE DIKES AROUND THE RESERVOIR WILL BE RAISED ABOUT INCREASE ITS CAPACITY TO ABOUT 20 MILLION GALLONS. THE NEW RESERVOIRS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ON A 30.36 ACRE PARCEL PURCH- ASED FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
