CONSTRUCT/OPERATE A BIOMASS-FUELED ELECTRICAL POWER PLANT NEAR MECCA, RIVERSIDE COUNTY. THE PLANT WILL CONSIST OF A FLUIDIZED BED BOILER, PRODUCING ST GGENERATOR UNIT. THE BOILER WILL BURN A BLEND OF AG FIELD CROP AND ORCHARD RESIDUES, STEER MANURE, MUNICIPAL WOODY/ LEAFY WASTES.
