SHERWIN AREA HAS BEEN RESERVED, SINCE 1979, FOR THE POSSIBLE DEVELOPMENT OF A WINTER SPORTS SITE. THIS FUTURE DOCUMENT WILL EXAMINE A RANGE OF A SITE. ONE WILL BE NONDEVELOPMENT, OR ONE WILL BE DEVELOPMENT DESIGNS WITH CAPACITIES VARYING FROM 4,000 TO 8,000 SKIERS AT ONE TIME.
