SAA #1600-2004-0106-R5 Alter the streambed to create a residential development including 875 single-family lots and 482 multi-family units on approximately 430 acres. In the south portion of the site a road (Farrell Road) is proposed to be constructed on top of a culvert to be placed inside Plum Canyon Creek. To the east of this road a detention basin will be created.
