Document Description
The project proposes 3 minor changes to the previously approved project of January of 2000. In September of 2000, a minor deviation to MUP 99-003 was approved. This minor deviation resulted in moving Phases 2 and 3 of the Roadrunner Club Mobilehome Park expansion approximately 40 feet to the north in order to increase the greenbelt width between the existing Roadrunner Club and the proposed expansion. The second minor change is the deletion of the emergency access located southerly of the proposed space 395 in Phase 2 of the Roadrunner Club expansion from Road 'C' to Di Girogio Road.
