Document Description
This project is a Major Use Permit to implement the previously approved 301 acre Roadrunner Specific Plan and constitutes an expansion of the existing Roadrunner Club facilities. The project is smaller in scale than the previously approved project, with an overall decrease of 248 units. There will be an expansion of the existing facilities, including an increase from 326 to 552 mobile home lots, the addition of a nine hole golf course, a driving range and putting green, a fifteen approved RV park included 584 spaces, but the current project proposes only 365 spaces, representing a decrease of 219 spaces from the originally approved Specific Plan. In addition, the current proposal decreases the previously approved number of mobile home lots by 19 and mini-mobile home park spaces by 10.
