Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0693-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sherwood Development Company. Sherwood Development Company will alter the streambed by the construction of 76 residential lots within the Sherwood Subdivision. Activities include grading, building of pads, access roads and grouted rip-rap formation. Portions of 12 streams will be impacted due to these activities. The project will impact 0.581 acre with an additional 0.18 acre of permanent impact associated with Fuel Modification, totaling 0.761 acre. Temporary impacts associated with the project total 0.21 acre.
