FROM THE GENERAL AREA NILAND, SOUTH ALONG ONE OF 2 CORRIDORS TERMINATING AT A NEW SUBSTA- TION NEAR HEBER. THE LINE WILL LOOP INTO AN INTERMEDIATE SUB STATION IN THE VICINITY OF NILAND.
